There is an alternative method. (Dreamkey based browsers only).

Once you get into the crazy taxi browser Hold A + Press Start 10 Times, then highlight url address bar and press X + A. This should let you freely enter whatever URL you want.

Enter these URL's to visit the pages:
http://sonic2.dreampipe.net - Sonic Adventure 2
http://dreampipe.net/wp-content/CrazyTaxi2/index.html - Crazy Taxi 2
http://dreampipe.net/wp-content/POD/menu.html - POD Speed Zone

Issue resolved. I found a bad cpanel entry in htcaccess
