DreamROQ FIXED with sound and pc encoder SRC And CDI

Here is the update player with working sound 512x512
All video files must be converted to 512x512 before using the included encoder

I have batch files click and convert that use fmpeg that will convert 512x512 mp4 or AVI 512X512 to 30fps ROQ video with sound
for dreamcast

These look for a file called movie.roq on root of the cdr

Use bootdreams to make a selfboot movie
Place elf and movie.roq in folder make selfboot cd with bootdreams

Encoding files to ROQ is 2 steps any video file needs to be converted to 512x512 before you converted it to ROQ Encoding ROQ files take a very long time to do. 30fps is max for this version..

This is not meant for using as a movie player but can be for a test you can use this as intro video for your homebrew projects i have a version that boots and plays and you can press start and it boot your main game..

ShanaEncoder will encode any video to the correct 512x512 before you use the click batch files to convert to ROQ it's free

Videos need to be 22.050khz not 44khz that will not work at all
