Revision VA0 Japan ISAO branded?

Hi guys,

i have a few consoles and the last weeks i had a console at home for repair. Then i check somes things etc. And today i saw some crazy things.

Everytime when i wanna connect to some Japan online Games, like Dee Dee Planet or to check the status Daytona USA NTSC-J. So, both a japanese versions, and both games are asking for ISAO or Sega Network Password.
So, i had to put some letters in it, otherwise i cant accept. So, evertime i cant connect cause the Password was wrong.
I asked some other guys with some other revisions japanese consoles, they doesnt now this ISAO credentials question.

I tried with pal and us modem too...

What we can do?

Has anyone an idea?

The bios is the Japanese cheescake and dev intro.

Can it be that the va0 board need the region mod + region free bios for some kind of this "problems" ?

I think so.

Do you noticed that the Japanese va1+ revisions dont need this region mod?
