hey guys i have already had a working PC-DC server for a while but i decided to upgrade my Server PC has well make a more professional cable using a breadboard and such, so i installed Win 98 (it has to be 98 because i dont have a voice capable modem) setuped everything including winroute, and gave it a whril the call connected to the pc but there was no TX speed or RX speed on winroute and as predicted no site would open on the dreamcast i have tried a bunch of things including using winroute pro and going as far as doing the intire setup all over again (formating disk and reeinstaling everything) to no avail. So if someone could help me out, im kinda lost and dont know where to start.

and i just added a generic softk56 data fax pci modem, i belive is a HSF Modem.
Also i know its kinda agains the tutorials but im using windows 98 second edition, i dont know if that afects the setup
