Just found a seller on eBay that has a ton of Viking DLE-200B telephone line simulators for $50 or best offer (free shipping to the US). They all come with AC adapters as well. This is by far the best price I've seen in a while so I recommend jumping on it if you need one.

The DLE-200B works perfectly with the Netopia method. It's what I use. It's even better than the Teltone in my opinion because it's much smaller.
