DREAMCAST GRAPHICAL GLITCHING ON ALL GAMES AND MENU

:cry: guys I need your help, my dreamcast suddenly has glitched visuals!! The menu screen went yellow randomly and whenever I play a game it's a jumbled mess of colors. Please help

Just the colors messed up, or are there other graphical glitches?...

Use a VGA box?...

This is how it looks basically. This is on the menu and throughout all the games it's the same with glitched graphics like an 8bit vomiting contest

Your GPU or some other component has probably failed. Unless you can locate the specific component you need to replace, you'll need to buy a new system.

Sucks :(, I was hoping there was a fix available for it, and as far as the components go, which of them need replacing if you know ?

Ouch, that's nasty, and definitely more than a faulty VGA box or other cable...

Still, if you have a different cable, try that...

If you don't, open the console and check the capacitors for leakage and the board for corrosion...

Also check the pins on the PSU for corrosion. I had a SNES not too long ago that had severe crackling in the sound due to corroded pins on the AC adapter port. Scraped them off so the metal was visible again. Crackling gone. So yeah, it can be the weirdest things sometimes... lol

If one of the chips is fucked though, you're fucked...
