Chu Chu Rocket Dial Up Hangs

Just a quick question I am using Freeola as my dial up connection I have successfully connected to PSO which is fantastic but when connecting to Chu Chu it freeze on the connected screen is their anything I am doing wrong or is it just my dial up connection?

This is correct, ChuChuRocket hangs just in the moment that you are loging to the server via Dial-Up. If im not wrong (bad memory), ChuChuRocket and Alien Front Online needs DreamPi. This morning i will try if Worms World Party works via Dial-Up too.
In less than an hour i will be online if you want to test other game diferent that PSO

I don't finish work until later this afternoon chap but I got to test planet ring but I have the patch disc for that game fingers crossed that works too

The Planet Ring patcher is outdated and points to the wrong server. You might not need it anyway. Just set your DNS server on the Dreamcast to 46.101.91.123 and see if it connects. If it doesn't then your ISP might be ignoring your DNS settings which means you won't be able to play many of the online games.

End of my Dial-Up test of some games.

ChuChuRocket - No login, waiting server resonse.
AFO - Freeze game near entering the looby.
WWP - the same that AFO, says "server found", but is all.
Next Tetris - Works
Toy Racer - Works
Planet Ring - Server not found , i rememver that it worked before.
Starlancer - The same that Planet Ring,
4x4 - works, online now at Shumania server

Hope that the rest works

Well gonna build a dream pi towards the end of the month just found out my 0845 connection is charging my phone bill even with inclusive 0845 numbers bugger

Upss!!! Here is free. Abort mission. A DreamPi is your solution.
