DreamCast VGA Display Problems

Hello Everyone,

I need some help I've recently purchased 2 VGA boxes for my Pal Dreamcast and I'm having some issues.
The issue I'm having is that I've tried both boxes and all I get is a blue tint over the screen i'm using. I've tried monitors my PC monitor and my HDTV still with no success. I've also tried putting it through a powered VGA to HDMI converter.

Can Anyone give me some advise?
