Unable to troubleshoot Dreampi

Hi all,
Infrequent user of Dreampi, about to start more. I'm only getting 1 light on my USB modem cable, and as you can see from the picture I can't view my IP on any HDMI screens I own...

Has anyone encountered the, "Failed to start Hostname Service" issue?

hey there. i am no expert by any means. with my experience, i had to go into my router gui and enable all traffic...which is bascially disabling firewall..then i got the 2 lights

Thanks, That worked for me in the past, but unfortunately it isn't working now... I'm obviously getting a, "no dialtone detected" when trying to connect to Web Browser 2.0
