What happend with the fpga gdrom from Marcus Comstedt

Well it seems very well documented and updated from 2020, i remember Marcus since the golden ages of dreamcast, thanks to him we have a very stable knowledege of the hardware.

And of course is the creator of dreamsnes.

Here is his project to develop a "free" opensource gdrom emulator based on a fpga, an option for the deunan un-upgradeable china clones.
