DreamPi PC-DC DHCPNAK?

I'm attempting to get a DreamPi PC-DC server going through VirtualBox, but I keep encountering the same issue. I've made sure the network adapter is connected, and it does respond when I remove the cable. The virtual machine is simply unable to connect.

When I manually connect through the terminal, I get the following exchange:

DHCPOFFER of 192.168.0.94 from 192.168.0.1

DHCPNAK from 192.168.0.1

It then repeats the last two lines continually, and when retrying dhclient, it is offered the same IP address, and requests it, then is promptly denied. Is this a firewall issue, or related to me using a USB Ethernet adapter, or is it something else entirely?
