Need help adding boxart database to Terraonion mode.

I finally have my full collection on there and could only find a database file from some 3rd party file server and google searches, (because the one on teraonion.com is gone for some reason) but it didnt work. It just tells me to add the database to be able to use the boxart menu style. So either I dont have the files named properly, or the database didnt work properly. Can anyone point me in the right direction? (bonus question is how to add custom box arts to that database) Thanks in advance!
