How much would you value a used copy of this item in excellent condition? I'm trying to buy one, and I'm trying to figure what to offer. Thanks :)

Most of the time I see them go for around £20, theyre pretty common so I wouldnt pay more than £25 tops

What about a unopened version with a small rip? I'm sure that would raise the value significantly, yes?

Yes it would raise it a bit, but to be honest not much. they game is always available on ebay, but I suppose in a few years to come a sealed copy would be worth more
