Hi i followed the guide on dc-talk and dreamcast-scene, my modem on my computer rings but theres no ring from the dc and it fails to connect.

PC-DC is pretty slow, though i enabled packet routing and got it going a little faster. If a usb modem doesnt do the trick there's a few free dial up...

I found a VoIP phone adapter with a router ( at a thrift shop, and wanted to know, can I use it to get my Dreamcast online?
